· Provide proactive administrative support for two (or more) attorneys
· Assist in preparation and filing of legal documents, forms & correspondence
· Professional court, counsel and client interface
· Schedule court dates, mediations, meetings, phone conferences
· Calendaring and time keeping
· Thorough preservation and organization of records
· Manage incoming mail and email correspondence
· Front desk relief as necessary
