Lead Graphic Designer at Revolutionary Startup Social Enterprise iFLIP4 is a brand and network that connects millennials with nonprofits and donations. We aim to change the world through advocacy, good causes, and design. We’re looking for a visionary graphic designer who will create stunning visual content and lead a design team. This position starts part‑time with 10‑15 hours per week and offers a small stipend. After fundraising it may become a full‑time role with salary and equity. Responsibilities Create world‑changing graphics including infographics, flyers, stickers, visual quotes, email newsletter templates and special graphics for promotions and advertising campaigns. Manage and guide a team of designers by scheduling projects, checking in regularly, and providing constructive feedback. Work on multi‑platform branding with web, game, and app designers, as well as with the iFLIP4 founders. Be open to feedback from panels and focus groups. Have a grand vision for the direction of iFLIP4’s artistic identity and use it to change the world with creativity. Qualifications Design and typography background—ready to shape the look and feel of iFLIP4. Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign (tools used are flexible as long as they produce great work). Desire creative freedom to help build our brand from a startup to a global brand for good. Experience managing graphic designers. Pursuing or holding a degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
