This Clerical Assistant position requires candidates to:

·       Review contracts and related documents stored in the SharePoint

·       Accurately enter contract information into the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system

·       Verify data for completeness and accuracy

·       Maintain organized electronic records and documentation

·       Identify and escalate missing or inconsistent information as needed

·       Perform general clerical and administrative support tasks

·       Adhere to confidentiality requirements when handling company documents

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Clerical Assistant position: 

·       High School Diploma or equivalent required

·       1 – 2 years of previous clerical, administrative, or data entry experience is a plus

·       Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel

·       Ability to maintain confidential information

The starting pay range for this Clerical Assistant position is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
