Policy Processing Coordinator

As a Policy Processing Coordinator , you'll play a key role in ensuring policy transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements while supporting a best‑in‑class customer experience. What You’ll Do Process policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and other servicing transactions with accuracy and attention to detail Review requests and documentation to ensure completeness, compliance, and proper handling Apply underwriting and business rules to approve, route, or elevate policy servicing requests Maintain accurate policy data and records across multiple systems Communicate with agents, policyholders, and internal teams to resolve servicing needs and obtain required information Support process improvements while meeting productivity, quality, and service‑level goals What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of experience in insurance operations, contact center operations, customer service, administrative support, data entry, or a regulated business environment preferred Experience working with business systems, spreadsheets, workflow tools, and email platforms Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high‑volume environment Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Desire to live Slide’s Core Values What Slide Offers To You The Slide Vibe – An opportunity to be a part of a fun and innovation‑driven culture fueled by passion, purpose, and technology!
