Key Responsibilities Develop and implement supplier quality improvement plans. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards. Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define supplier quality requirements for new product development. Monitor and report on key supplier quality performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance product quality and reliability. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, supplier quality, or a related role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis). Demonstrated ability to conduct supplier audits and assessments. Experience with various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, casting, injection molding).
