We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support platform customization, workflow automation, and integration initiatives within a growing enterprise environment. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a consultative mindset, and a passion for simplifying complex technology challenges.
Responsibilities/Skills
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub, Connectors, and Spokes.
- Customize and enhance the ServiceNow platform to support business and operational requirements.
- Implement and support workflow automation solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and recommendations focused on simplifying technology usage and improving service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong experience developing and configuring solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, including Integration Hub Connectors and Spokes.
- ITOM experience with a current CIS-Discovery certification.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TLS, PKI, and related connectivity concepts.
- Experience with ServiceNow Workflow Automation and a proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Experience with retail industry or similar.
Location: Remote within the U.S. Must work eastern timezone hours.
