The Department of Neurology at our organization is in search of a full-time, fellowship-trained physician who is either board-certified or board-eligible. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and innovative to join our inaugural Headache Center team. This role presents a remarkable chance to influence the future of headache treatment, research, and education at one of the leading academic institutions in the United States.
The selected candidate will manage a dedicated outpatient headache medicine practice, providing clinical care and performing procedures such as onabotulinumtoxinA injections, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks. Additionally, the candidate will have access to advanced headache treatments through both outpatient and inpatient infusion therapies. This position also allows for collaboration with various specialties, including our renowned neuro-ophthalmology program, sleep medicine, cognitive neurology, neurosurgery, psychology, and psychiatry. Essential Qualifications:
A medical degree (MD or DO) is required, with a preference for board certification in Neurology.
A valid Georgia medical license or the capability to obtain one is necessary.
Subspecialty training and/or certification in headache medicine is required.
