Ensures all patient care activities are completed as required. Assigns the appropriate nursing personnel necessary to provide care and ensures their presence. Identifies training needs and resources for staff with other organizational leaders. Celebratingpatientvictoriesalongthe way. Qualifications CurrentRNlicensureasrequiredbystate regulations. BLScertificationwithACLScertificationtobeobtainedwithinoneyearofstarting position. CRRNcertificationtobeobtainedwithinayearofmeetingtheeligibility requirements. Bachelor'sDegreeinNursingorrelatedfield preferred. Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfive years). Previousleadershiprole,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
