You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. How you'll contribute ARegistered Nurse (RN)who excels in this role: Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs Identifiesandinitiatesappropriate nursinginterventions Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient PerformstimelyandaccurateQI assessments Perform other duties as assigned. Whatwe'relooking for Applicants should have a current state RN license andpossessa bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.Additionalrequirements include: Basic Life Support certification isrequiredwithin30 daysof hire. ACLS and PALS arerequiredwithin six months of hire.
