For a better tomorrow, we play today.POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for safely, accurately and efficiently performing various material movement and inventory related activities such as receiving, putting away, pulling, verifying, identifying, staging, routing and/or delivering to provide internal customers the right materials at the right time.Hours: M-Th, 1:00 P.M. - 11:30 P.M.VALUESInnovationCommitment & PassionIntegrityTeam & RelationshipsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPuts away materials in correct inventory locations, verifies and identifies products and quantities, and accurately updates system as neededPerforms and completes all assigned tasks in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner, reports any issues related to quality, delivery, cost, safety, moral or environment.Prioritizes, pulls and stages, routes, or delivers materials needed by internal customers, verifies and identifies products, quantities and destinations.Moves materials (raw material, work in process, finished goods or kits) between defined locations as needed.Follows all procedures including but not limited to material handling, work instructions, ISO procedures, material specifications, and job safety analysis.Ensures inventory inaccuracy, performs inventory counts.Investigates inventory issues and performs root cause analysis.Operates forklifts and/or other powered equipment.Uses scanner and/or computer system.Actively participates in continuous improvement, 5S and workplace organization activities.Provides short-term support as needed across the organization.Completes other duties as assignedATTRIBUTESSelf-motivated and anticipates the next tasksMust be able to work in a team environmentMust be able to multi-taskMust be able to rotate to other positions when neededMust have a strong attention to detail and be able to do a final check of parts leaving the buildingFlexibility to learn other positionsShares ideas for improvementCan work independentlyQUALIFICATIONSForklift certification required (training provided)Computer skills: Updating ERP system with locations, checking inventory levels, reading prints, and printing stock labelsTakes ownership and prides themselves in delivering a high-quality productAble to maintain a reliable and consistent attendance recordFlexible and able to work 10-hour days for a 4-6 month periodMust be able to lift 50 poundsHigh school diploma/GED preferredThis position description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
