Home infusion nursing requires trust independence and strong clinical this role you may be the primary clinical presence for patients receiving therapy outside traditional care settings.

In this role youll contribute to work that:

• Helps patients safely receive infusion therapies in their homes or infusion suites
• Supports continuity of care through skilled assessments monitoring and education
• Builds confidence for patients and caregivers navigating complex treatments
• Strengthens a patientfirst clinicianled approach to infusion care

What Youll Do

In this role you will:

• Administer monitor and discontinue intravenous therapies in patient homes or infusion suite settings
• Insert and manage IV access including peripheral lines PICC lines ports and midlines
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples as ordered
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments vital signs and reviews of systems
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy line care and symptom monitoring
• Teach patients and caregivers how to safely perform and monitor home infusion when appropriate
• Coordinate visit scheduling and communicate visit outcomes with clinical and operations teams
• Accurately document all patientrelated care medications administered and patient responses
• Communicate concerns or reportable events promptly to physicians and internal clinical leadership
• Uphold confidentiality compliance and ethical standards in accordance with all state and federal regulations

Required Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience
• IV certification with experience in central line care and management
• CPR certification
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to patient homes
• Experience with patient documentation and care coordination
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in nursing
• RN licensure in additional states
• Prior experience in home infusion critical care emergency nursing ambulatory infusion centers or discharge planning
• PICC port or midline experience and certification

Pay Range/Rate

$45 - $60 USD
