Travel Swing Bed LPN - NightsLocation: Carlsbad, NMAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Nights, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, floating and call required.Job Description: The Travel Swing Bed LPN is responsible for providing patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. This role requires critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and the ability to prioritize and delegate responsibilities effectively in a Nursing environment. Duties include administering medications, conducting physical examinations, implementing physician's orders, and documenting patient care outcomes.ResponsibilitiesProvide delegated aspects of direct patient care.Administer medications and monitor patient responses.Perform physical examinations and collect patient data.Implement physician's orders and document accurately.Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and educate patients.Supervise and direct assigned personnel in delivering patient care.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.BLS certification required.IV certification required.Registered with the State of New Mexico for fingerprinting process.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
