The Direct Hire- Full Desk Recruiter will independently manage the entire recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to fee collection. This role requires strong skills in client relationship management, market research, and CRM usage, with an emphasis on handling a 50/50 split in fees. The recruiter will work autonomously without travel requirements, overseeing all stages of recruitment to successfully place candidates and optimize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate candidates through various channels
• Manage client relationships to understand hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Negotiate offers and terms between candidates and clients
• Post job openings and screen received resumes
• Collect placement fees and manage related financial transactions
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information in CRM systems

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience
• Expertise in candidate sourcing and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
• Proven ability in relationship building and communication
• Effective time management skills
• Sales experience within recruiting or related fields
