Job Description As a Security Shift Lead - GSOC Monitor in Tempe, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 AM - 06:30 PMTue10:00 AM - 06:30 PMWed10:00 AM - 06:30 PMThur10:00 AM - 06:30 PMFri10:00 AM - 06:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and employee authorization in accordance with established site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols as appropriate. Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. Supervisory experience is required. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
