This role offers $30+/hour , with top performers earning $100,000–$125,000+ annually based on experience, production, and consistency.

As a technician, you'll work a steady, year-round schedule supporting residential and light commercial customers throughout the Kansas City area.

You will:

• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and identify issues early
• Clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers
• Maintain a high standard for workmanship and safety
• Manage your daily workload and appointments efficiently
• Represent the company professionally in the field

You'll operate independently day-to-day, with support from a team that values accountability and quality work.

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Working knowledge of HVAC tools and systems
• Ability to stay organized and work independently
• Good communication skills with customers and team members
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
