LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in New York, is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to assist their team on a contract basis.

This role is full-time hours and hybrid flexible.

Responsibilities:

· Reviewing and writing diligence memos

· Assisting with M&A, financings, and other transactions

· Preparing closing checklists and documents

· Advising on corporate matters

· Conducting legal research

Requirements:

· 3+ years of recent corporate and M&A experience in a law firm

· New York License preferred

· Excellent drafting skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated pay rate for this position is between $100 and $125 per hour, depending on experience.

Pay Details: $100.00 to $125.00 per hour
