Job Description We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in both recruiting and core HR operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is passionate about creating exceptional employee and candidate experiences. What You’ll Do Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manage 5–10 open roles simultaneously, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes. Support full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance. Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience from start to finish. Track and manage candidates using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). HR Operations & Support Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and best practices. Support key HR programs including onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. Serve as the point of contact for North American payroll, including: Timekeeping and reconciliation of employee hours. Tracking PTO and employee records. Submitting accurate payroll for processing. Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems. Assist with vendor management and budget tracking. Process Improvement & Ownership Identify opportunities to improve HR and recruiting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy. Take initiative to solve problems, anticipate needs, and drive projects forward. Culture & Engagement Help build a positive, inclusive, and people-first culture. Lead and support employee engagement initiatives and events. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in HR and/or recruiting. Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Experience with Payroll Systems, ATS, and HRIS platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Who You Are Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
