Work/Life Balance: offering paid time off and paid parental leave Minimum Qualifications Education: Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution. Training: successful completion of Pediatric residency program and successful completion of Hospice & Palliative Medicine (HPM) fellowship. Board Certification: Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Palliative Care Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia.
