Job Description

Neighbors Health Center in Byron, IL, Seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). Must be a Registered Nurse.

This is a Full-Time Role with a Salary of $95k annually and negotiable, plus a Full Benefit Package.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) collaborates with the Director of Nursing (DON)
Ensure care plans are implemented and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
Manage the clinical team, develop programs and provide education to staff
Plan and evaluate nursing systems, rotations and methods with an eye toward improvements

Requirements of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):

Current Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the State of Illinois
Must have at least three (3) years of experience as a nurse
ADON experience preferred
Must have demonstrated leadership and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of regulations preferred
Prior experience in a skilled nursing, intermediate or long-term care facility preferred
Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
