Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Pediatrician in Pensacola, Florida.

Position Overview

Outpatient pediatric practice serving children and families. Focus on well-child visits, immunizations, and acute and chronic pediatric care. Relationship-based medicine with strong community impact. Dedicated medical assistant support and collaborative clinical environment. Protected administrative time built into daily schedule. Compensation

Base salary starting at $200,000+. Quarterly productivity bonuses. NHSC federal loan repayment eligibility. Negotiable sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance available. Opportunity for compensated NP supervision.

Schedule

Monday-Friday schedule. Optional 4-day work week. 18-20 patients per day. 15-20 minute patient visits. 40 minutes of protected administrative time daily. Shared phone-only call approximately 8 weeks per year with nurse line support.

Role

Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services. Perform well-child exams and preventive care visits. Administer immunizations and manage chronic conditions. Diagnose and treat acute pediatric illnesses. Educate families on health, wellness, and disease prevention. Collaborate with support staff and care teams to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

Board certified or board eligible pediatrician required. Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain required. Active DEA license or ability to obtain required. New graduates welcome.
