Veterinary Client Service Representative – Veterinary Specialty Center Seattle Location: Lynnwood, WA. Full‑time, Sunday‑Tuesday shifts: 3:30 PM‑6 AM and 1:30 PM‑4 AM. About the Center The Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle is a 24‑hour Emergency and Critical Care and Specialty hospital that provides comprehensive services across Neurology, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Oncology, and Radiology. Job Overview As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you will act as the first point of contact for clients, managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling financial transactions. You will ensure a smooth patient flow by greeting clients, admitting and checking out patients, and communicating information between clients and staff. Responsibilities Answer the phone, triage routine and emergency calls, and schedule appointments. Greet clients, admit and check out patients, and process payments. Maintain accurate financial records and manage financial information. Communicate patient information and care recommendations between clients and veterinary staff. Provide a warm and welcoming impression, remaining professional and courteous while handling multiple tasks. Maintain a calm, composed demeanor during emergency situations and client interactions. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Strong multitasking abilities and positive attitude.
