Description Oversee all phases of Data Center and Healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met. Manage and supervise on-site construction teams effectively. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management. Ensure the quality of construction aligns with project specifications and company standards. Profile Proven experience in managing Data Center and Healthcare construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and problem‑solving skills. The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Quality assurance: Maintain high standards through inspections and adherence to specifications. Communication skills: Clear reporting to stakeholders and effective collaboration with project teams. Problem solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions.
