Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative

We're hiring  Entry-Level Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a  face-to-face sales position where you'll meet customers in person, build relationships, present products and services, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs.

If you're competitive, outgoing, coachable, and motivated to grow, this is an opportunity to build real sales and leadership experience.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide training.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Meet with customers face-to-face
• Generate new customer opportunities
• Build relationships and establish trust
• Present products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Handle questions and objections
• Close sales and complete customer enrollments
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
• Track daily activity and sales performance
• Work with your team to achieve individual and team goals

You won't be sitting behind a desk all day.

You'll spend your time  meeting people, creating conversations, presenting solutions, and developing your sales skills in real-world environments.

Our team operates in locations such as:

• Retail locations
• Events
• Home shows
• Trade shows
• Community events
• Other approved customer-facing locations

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, sports, fitness, or other people-facing roles is a plus — but not required.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

We'll teach you our sales process from the ground up.

You'll develop skills in:

Prospecting → Customer Engagement → Needs Analysis → Presentation → Objection Handling → Closing → Customer Retention
