We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for our client in Arizona. This opportunity begins Oct 19, 2026, for a 60-day assignment, focusing on comprehensive primary care services within a family practice environment. The role involves managing patient health, diagnosing illnesses, and providing ongoing care with a schedule to be finalized.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Conduct physical examinations, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory and imaging studies.
• Prescribe medications and other therapies as appropriate.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Experience utilizing Athenahealth EMR.
