Location: Lynwood, CA.
Job Type: Full-Time

• Total Compensation: $84,000k – $103,000k (Based on Experience, Role, & Region)

What you’ll do:

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
• Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are.
• Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
• Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals .

Role requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
• Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
• Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors
