Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer - Full Time

An exciting permanent opportunity has opened for an experienced Ultrasound Technologist (also known as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) with an area hospital where you will use your expertise to operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high quality images that are used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program or equivalent education.
• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience required.
• National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
• American Registry Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) credential preferred.
• BLS / CPR certification required.
• Experience performing general diagnostic ultrasound examinations across outpatient and inpatient settings, including evening and weekend coverage.
• Ability to work flex shifts. Shift details include flex coverage roughly within 0700-1800 and scheduled weekend and evening shifts per clinic needs.

• Position is full time, approximately 80 hours per pay period.
