Role Description We're looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll work directly with clients across a variety of industries, including retail and food and beverage, to bring their brand visions to life through compelling print and digital design. You'll collaborate closely with our internal team, manage projects through our ticketing system, and deliver creative work that makes an impact. The role involves collaborating with marketing and account teams to interpret client goals, presenting design concepts, and revising work based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also prepare files for production, maintain brand consistency across client projects, and stay current with design trends and tools. Responsibilities Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva Create designs for billboards, newsletters, social media posts, MMS/text campaigns, in-store print materials, and display ad creatives Take on occasional video editing projects as needed Communicate directly with clients to understand their design needs, present concepts, and offer creative suggestions Collaborate with the internal marketing team on ongoing projects and campaigns Manage and track design requests through our internal ticketing system Ensure all deliverables align with client branding guidelines and project timelines Balance multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines Maintain organized file management within Dropbox, including proper folder structure, file naming, and version control for client design assets Qualifications Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing or agency setting Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva Experience with both print and digital design formats Video editing experience is a plus (Adobe Premiere Pro) Familiarity with brand guideline systems and maintaining consistency across multiple client accounts or locations Working knowledge of print production basics (bleed, color profiles like CMYK/Pantone, file prep for printers) Strong grasp of typography and layout fundamentals Strong communication skills, with the confidence to present and discuss design work directly with clients Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle several client requests at once Ability to take direction and feedback well, and apply revisions quicklyComfort working under deadline pressure in a fast-paced agency environment Strong attention to detail, especially when maintaining brand consistency across multiple client locations A strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work #J-18808-Ljbffr Pure Silver Creative
