Role Description The Inside Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Ottsville, PA. This role involves assisting walk-in and call-in customers, answering product questions, and providing quotes for lumber, building materials, kitchens, flooring, and concrete products. The Inside Sales Associate will process orders, prepare sales documentation, and coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, following up on leads and inquiries, and supporting contractors and DIY customers to select appropriate materials for their projects. The role also includes handling customer issues professionally, promoting relevant products, and contributing to a clean, organized sales environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to proactively engage customers and grow business opportunities. Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to provide helpful support and ensure positive experiences. Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and contractors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical product details in clear, accessible language. Basic math skills and comfort working with measurements, pricing, and quotes. Previous experience in building materials, construction supply, or a related retail environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work on-site in Ottsville, PA, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift or move materials with appropriate support.
