We are seeking a professional, client-focused Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional service and support to clients while working alongside a Financial Advisor. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, helping ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout their relationship with the firm.

The Customer Care Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships through proactive communication, appointment coordination, service follow-up, and ongoing support. This position requires someone who is personable, organized, and comfortable interacting with clients via phone, video meetings, email, and in-person conversations.

Key responsibilities include scheduling and preparing clients for appointments, responding to inquiries, coordinating service requests, providing account and process updates, and assisting with financial education initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, excels at communication, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

• Maintain and organize spreadsheets used to track client information, applications, and follow-ups
• Call insurance and financial service companies to obtain updates on client applications, policies, and processing status
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders to clients via phone, text, or email
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the advisor’s calendar
• Help track pending cases and update internal records accordingly
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation from company calls and client interactions
• Support client onboarding by gathering basic information and preparing documentation
• Sit in on client meetings and assist with follow-up items and implementation steps
• Learn and assist with basic financial concepts, products, and client solutions over time
• Support general administrative and operational tasks to keep the office organized and efficient
