Learn more at About The Opportunity DMI, LLC is seeking a Sr. MS Exchange Administrator to join us. Duties And Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Exchange Online, including resolving complex messaging system issues and managing vendor case interactions. Research, recommend, and implement cutting‑edge email security solutions to enhance system performance and safeguard enterprise messaging infrastructure. Develop advanced PowerShell and other approved scripts to automate complex tasks and ensure efficient messaging system administration. Act as a primary liaison with vendors and other OCIO technical experts for enterprise email and messaging system issues, ensuring swift problem resolution. Administer and maintain infrastructure components, including identity integration with Active Directory and mobile device systems, ensuring alignment with CDC’s security and operational standards. Lead the integration of messaging systems with CDC’s enterprise collaboration tools and oversee compliance with organizational security and operational policies. Maintain comprehensive security documentation and configuration records, ensuring alignment with current messaging technologies and organizational requirements. Provide mentorship and guidance to mid-level administrators, fostering knowledge sharing and team development. Qualifications Education and Years of Experience Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field. 5-7 Years of experience Citizenship Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen.
