Location: () | Employment Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week | Job Level: T7 | Work Preference: Hybrid | Job Code: 244888 Job Description: Overview / Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to plan, oversee, and drive complex programs and projects across Oracle Fusion projects. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, executive leadershipand key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget. Key Responsibilities Develop project plans and define project/program scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership, functional leaders, and finance teams to support program execution. Establish and monitor efficient processes between internal teams and external vendors, as applicable. Communicate project status updates and performance metrics to stakeholders across multiple organizations and teams. Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables, and outcomes are completed within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Provide accurate analysis and reporting, presenting data clearly for reviews and presentations. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to support successful program delivery. Serve as a subject matter expert within the assigned business domain. Maintain and update project schedules, work tracking systems, and project documentation to support successful implementation of business-critical initiatives. Required Qualifications 15+ years of IT experience with a professional degree B.Tech / MBA Experience managing complex global programs specifically Oracle Implementations / Global Rollouts Strong project management expertise. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across business functions such as Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales.
