Procedural Specialist - Jacksonville, FL

Becton Dickinson seeks a Procedural Specialist in Jacksonville, Florida to educate healthcare personnel on medical device products, build customer relationships, and support endovascular procedures. The role involves clinical training, market reporting, and territory management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-service training and education for physicians and hospital personnel on BDPI products
• Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and customers to identify new product applications
• Observe and report on market trends affecting sales, service, and product development
• Process customer complaints and returns according to established procedures
• Complete procedural specialist reports, expense reports, and product tracking documentation

Requirements

• Ability to educate and train physicians and hospital staff on medical device products
• Strong customer relationship building and communication skills
• Experience with medical device sales or clinical operations
• Capability to travel and work in hospital settings
• Proficiency in report writing and administrative documentation
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain company vehicle
