Trauma Intervention & Recovery Specialist
Aurora Health Center
Aurora Health Care seeks a team member to support trauma survivors as part of the Advocate Trauma Recovery Services. This role involves engaging with patients affected by intentional trauma and connecting them to community resources. The ideal candidate will provide emotional support, conduct needs assessments, and collaborate with clinical teams for ongoing care.
