What the role involves Developing client relationships and selling auto, home, life, and financial products Hitting production goals and building a track record that demonstrates you can run your own book Completing any remaining licensing requirements – costs reimbursed for unlicensed candidates Learning agency operations – the business side, not just the sales side Licensing – Where You Stand Matters Strong advantage – already licensed. Active property & casualty and/or life & health licenses in Kentucky (or a state with reciprocity) means you hit the ground running. Series 6, 63, or 65 licenses are a major plus. Candidates with active securities licensing move to the front of the line – this expands what you can offer clients from day one and accelerates the path to an independent agency. No licenses yet – still worth applying. If you don’t have licenses but have the right drive and background, we’ll support you through the process. Licensing costs are reimbursed.
