Ensures all Guest Metrics are followedEnsures compliance of all Food Safety Standards including the physical plantAssists in proper execution of all new product training rolloutsAssists in the hiring, training, and development of new Team MembersAssists in achieving all financial goals of the restaurantTracks and Analyzes sales, labor, inventory, and controls dailyTakes corrective action to ensure the Restaurant exceeds targetsProvides feedback to the management team on new hire performanceEnsures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through use of preventative maintenance programUnderstands the language on Coaching ReportJob Requirements and Essential Functions:High School Diploma or GEDA minimum age of 18 years is requiredMust pass background checkValid Drivers’ LicenseMust have reliable private transportationAt least 1 year of Assistant Management experience.
