Theyre how we operate.About the RoleThis is a senior-level, phone-based acquisitions role based in Tampa, FL, working primarily Monday through Friday with occasional weekend hours based on lead flow.You will receive qualified, warmed outbound marketing leads and guide them through our proven investment sales process, building trust, uncovering motivation, handling objections, and securing signed purchase and sale agreements. This is a closers role. You own the deal from the first conversation to the executed contract.Once fully ramped and consistently hitting performance targets, top performers will have a growth opportunity to expand into team management and select dispositions responsibilities: including managing retail listings and direct-to-investor outreach channels; increasing earning potential and deal cycle ownership.
