Night Auditor
$45 per hourBest Western Hotel
Description We are looking to hire a hotel night auditor to work from 11PM-7AM, can be 3-5 days of work available. The right applicant will need excellent customer service skills and audit/hotel experience are a plus and preferably with a driver's license. We will be looking to hire and train ASAP. Responsibilities $45 Qualifications • Experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts, ensuring smooth operations from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• Proven track record of handling guest reservations and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with property management systems to manage room assignments and inventory effectively.
• Strong communication skills to answer multi-line telephones and direct calls appropriately.
• Ability to balance guest accounts and credit cards at check-out, maintaining financial accuracy.
• Experience in using persuasive selling techniques to up-sell rooms and amenities to guests, enhancing their stay experience and boosting hotel revenue.
