About Our Client Our client is a leading provider of commercial landscape services, known for delivering high-quality maintenance, design, and enhancement solutions across a variety of property types. The organization emphasizes customer relationships, safety, and operational excellence. Job Description Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an Account Manager who will serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of commercial clients. This role focuses on relationship management, service delivery oversight, and revenue growth through enhancement projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on client interaction, field collaboration, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention. Conduct routine site inspections and walkthroughs to verify service quality and identify enhancement opportunities. Develop proposals and cost estimates for landscape upgrades, add-on projects, and seasonal services. Partner closely with operations leadership to align schedules, crew performance, and project outcomes. Support hiring, training, and coaching of field teams to ensure safety and performance standards are met. Promote compliance with company and industry safety practices. Manage account renewals and drive profitability within assigned portfolios. Maintain accurate CRM documentation, job costing, and client records. Assist branch leadership with financial and operational goals as needed. Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent work experience in business, horticulture, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management, customer relations, or operations leadership within landscaping. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record. Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire, on-site Hours: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday (occasional field visits) Interview Process: Two-step process – initial on-site interview with local leadership followed by a virtual panel discussion.
