Sales Development Representative (Pooling)

Summary of Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the "tip of the spear" for our enterprise sales motion. You will be a strategic partner to our Account Executives, tasked with a critical mission: breaking into the most sought-after enterprise accounts. This isn't about chasing high volume; it’s about pursuing high value through surgical precision, deep research, and an AI-enhanced tech stack to open doors that others can't.
Your Impact & What You'll Do
- Strategic Enterprise Hunting: Own your territory by identifying and targeting key U.S. enterprise accounts. Navigate complex organizational charts and engage senior decision-makers with sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns.
- AI-Powered Sales Playbook: Fuse your sales instincts with AI-driven insights. You’ll use technology to enrich cold calling and outreach, transforming raw prospecting into high-value, qualified meetings.
- Fuel the Revenue Engine: Build a predictable pipeline of enterprise opportunities. Every appointment you set is the foundation for high-stakes sales cycles that drive our company's growth.
- Master Complex Sales Cycles: Effectively communicate the value of complex, AI-driven solutions to a multi-threaded buyer group, ensuring we land in the right rooms.
