Overview Future Opening: Assistant Store Manager role at Vitality Bowls. Vitality Bowls specializes in making delicious açaí bowls, a thick blend of the açaí berry topped with organic granola and a selection of superfood ingredients. Additional antioxidant-rich menu items include smoothies, juices, salads and more. No ingredient fillers such as ice, frozen yogurt, or artificial preservatives are used, giving the purest taste possible to each item. Responsibilities Make a great first impression: smile and greet each guest. Show a sense of urgency and strive to minimize wait times. Get to know guests and make them regulars. Make a memorable connection and send each guest off with a smile. Become knowledgeable about Vitality Bowls menu and preparation methods (gluten free modifications). Understand that being “fitness and nutritionally minded” helps you connect with customers. Develop a good understanding of each ingredient’s nutritional values and deliver a perfect meal item every time. Work as ONE team to deliver a great meal and provide outstanding service. Be courteous to fellow team members and make Vitality Bowls a fun and uplifting place to work. Seek opportunities to exceed expectations and practice accountability, good communication, and trustworthiness. Look sharp, be on time for shifts, and maintain reliable transportation to the location. Keep the store clean, organized, and looking great with consistency. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions with care. Strive for excellence in all tasks. Qualifications Knowledge of Vitality Bowls menu and preparation methods (gluten-free modifications). Ability to understand nutrition and ingredients’ values to better serve customers. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, fast service approach. Ability to work effectively within a team. Reliable transportation and punctuality.
