Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse for our Immediate Care Unit in Fredericksburg, VA. The RN delivers high-quality, patient-centered care for adult and geriatric patients with urgent and complex needs. Responsibilities include rapid assessment, triage, medication administration, care coordination, and patient/family education. The RN collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe transitions of care, follows evidence-based protocols, and maintains accurate documentation. RNs are supported with advanced technology, professional development, and a culture focused on safety, teamwork, and community health impact.
