Insurance Customer Service Representative

The Francesangelo Agency is looking for a smart, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. We have two established State Farm offices and are looking for someone who wants more than just a job answering phones—we want someone interested in learning the business, building relationships with customers, and becoming an important part of our agency. What You’ll Do Help customers with policy changes, billing questions, and everyday insurance needs Take ownership of customer issues and work toward resolution Explain coverage and help customers understand their insurance Identify additional ways we can protect customers and their families Maintain accurate customer records and follow through on outstanding items Work with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience Who We’re Looking For Insurance experience is helpful, but the right person matters more to us than insurance experience. We’re looking for someone who: Thinks independently and enjoys solving problems Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do Is organized, detail-oriented and follows through Learns quickly and applies what they’ve learned Communicates confidently and professionally Can handle difficult conversations with patience and empathy Enjoys working with people and being part of a team Is comfortable identifying customer needs and discussing additional products What We Offer $40,000–$95,000 based on experience and performance Commission and bonus opportunities Paid Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensing and training PTO and vacation beginning Day 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr State Farm Agent
