This role involves supporting critical system transitions and ensuring the performance, security, and accessibility of enterprise applications within a public sector environment. Position Overview for the CAPPS Recruit Technical Oversight Analyst:
- Provides highly advanced technical support and consulting services for the CAPPS program.
- Collaborates with vendors and internal teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Manages technical requests, system transitions, and ensures compliance with accessibility standards.
- Analyzes system designs and workflows to assess fit, performance, security, and data quality impacts.
- Prepares technical scenarios, test cases, and provides oversight during design reviews.
- Extensive Texas public sector experience, directly working for or supporting a Texas state government agency
- Extensive experience performing technical activities in support of CPA application systems
- Extensive experience creating and managing a strategic roadmap combining planning, technical insight, and cross-functional communication
- Experience preparing materials for and conducting executive-level presentations
- Experience performing technical project management activities in support of CPA's CAPPS program
