Customer Service Representative (CSR)

84 Lumber is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Fort Collins, CO team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting sales and operations, and helping ensure customers receive the products and information they need.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with both customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to customers in person and over the phone.
• Answer customer questions and help resolve concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product questions, orders, pricing, and availability.
• Enter and maintain customer orders and information accurately.
• Coordinate with sales, delivery, yard, and production teams to help ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
• Communicate order updates and delivery information to customers.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Fort Collins location.

Qualifications

• Interface with customers, providing updates on delivery and schedules
• Facilitate the resolution of problems and issues between customers and production

• Direct order entry/processing, ensuring orders get put to the floor in a correct and efficient manner
• Provide support to sales and customers with pricing information and other inquiries
• Other duties assigned by management
