Information Technology Operations Manager

About the Company We're looking for a hands-on IT Technical Operations Manager to lead IT support operations while managing a team of support engineers in a large enterprise environment. Must Have: 7+ years of IT Operations / Infrastructure Support experience 3+ years leading an IT Support or Service Desk team Strong hands-on experience with MS 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID) SharePoint Online administration (permissions, governance, site management) Windows & macOS support, MDM, Active Directory/Entra ID Networking fundamentals, VPNs, Firewalls & Wireless technologies Experience supporting enterprise users across multiple locations Hands-on troubleshooting and serving as the technical escalation point Experience supporting POS or proprietary business applications preferred Responsibilities Lead IT support operations Manage a team of support engineers Ensure effective support for enterprise users Serve as the technical escalation point Qualifications 7+ years of IT Operations / Infrastructure Support experience 3+ years leading an IT Support or Service Desk team Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with MS 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID) SharePoint Online administration (permissions, governance, site management) Windows & macOS support, MDM, Active Directory/Entra ID Networking fundamentals, VPNs, Firewalls & Wireless technologies Experience supporting enterprise users across multiple locations Hands-on troubleshooting and serving as the technical escalation point #J-18808-Ljbffr
