Senior Human Resources Generalist

Senior HR GeneralistA growing organization is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to serve as the primary resource for benefits administration, HR compliance, leave management, and HR auditing activities. This role will partner with employees, managers, and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, support employee programs, and drive HR operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, wellness programs, and annual open enrollment.Serve as the organization's primary resource for HR compliance, ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.Manage employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, parental leave, and disability claims.Conduct and support HR audits, compliance reporting, benefit filings, and HR record reviews to ensure accuracy and reduce organizational risk.Maintain HR policies, employee handbook updates, and ensure consistent policy administration.Support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee development initiatives.Partner with benefit providers, vendors, payroll, and leadership to continuously improve HR processes and employee programs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong emphasis on benefits administration, compliance, auditing, and leave management.Experience conducting HR audits, compliance reporting, and policy administration.Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, FLSA, ERISA, and other employment-related laws.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar) preferred.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $80-90kComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organizationLong-term growth potential Express Employment Professionals Defunct
