What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling
• Proficiency with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities

Additional skills:

• Experience with manufacturing drawings and technical documentation

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Sales teams
• Experience with ERP systems and managing workflow within production environments
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and production needs
