Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license (Arizona or eligible for reciprocity)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience delivering pediatric speech and language services within school settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals for each student
• Provide direct speech-language therapy tailored to each child’s needs
• Engage and educate families and teachers on strategies to support student progress
• Maintain detailed documentation and case notes in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to IEP reviews
