Staffing Specialist – LaborMAX Staffing (Las Vegas, NV)

LaborMAX Staffing has been a leader in the staffing industry for over 25 years, connecting skilled workers with businesses across a wide range of industries. We're looking for a motivated Staffing Specialist to join our Las Vegas team.

Position Overview:

The Staffing Specialist is responsible for recruiting, screening, and dispatching temporary employees to client job sites. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new applicants
• Match qualified candidates to client job orders based on skills and availability
• Process new hire paperwork, including I-9 verification and E-Verify
• Dispatch workers to job sites and ensure timely arrivals
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and field team members (FTMs)
• Assist with payroll processing and timesheet verification
• Handle incoming calls and walk-in traffic

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work early morning hours (typically starting at 5:00 AM)
