Responsibilities - Provide, coordinate, and direct individualized respiratory care for patients based on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation - Administer and monitor therapies including airway management, oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and ventilation support - Monitor patient response to treatment, document findings, and adjust plans in collaboration with the care team - Ensure safe operation and maintenance of respiratory equipment; adhere to infection control and safety practices - Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other colleagues; participate in care conferences as needed - Support OB-related respiratory care needs and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize maternal and fetal outcomes Requirements

• Current Washington State license as Respiratory Care Practitioner
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Will practice within the scope of a respiratory care practitioner
• Preference for one year of current acute care experience; new graduates may be

considered - Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist, 50 pounds from wheelchair to bed, 5 pounds overhead; ability to push a 150-pound loaded stretcher 300 feet - Vision and hearing adequate to perform procedures and charting; capable of working in a high-acuity, fast-paced inpatient setting - OB experience is a plus and may be prioritized in scheduling Benefits and Support - Housing options available (per-night or furnished studio accommodations) with local housing partners
